The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament, viz. The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (Act No.XXXVIII of 1949) for regulating the profession of Chartered Accountancy in the country. The Institute, functions under the administrative control of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The ICAI is the second largest professional body of Chartered Accountants in the world, with a strong tradition of service to the Indian economy in public interest.

The Hisar Branch of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICAI was established with a vision to serve the professional, academic, and developmental needs of Chartered Accountants and CA students in and around the Hisar region. As a proud part of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Hisar Branch is committed to upholding the values and standards of one of the world's most respected accounting bodies.

The Hisar Branch acts as a bridge between ICAI headquarters and the local CA fraternity, ensuring timely communication, member support, and implementation of national policies and initiatives. Our active committees focus on various dimensions such as student development, women's empowerment, technology adoption, and industry engagement.
